'CentralInfoNetwork' started with one ambition: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Rossi lineage established our modest pizza place in 1985, originating as a quaint family business with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. After her journey back to the UK, she aimed to reproduce the enchantment of original Italian pizza, maintaining time-tested techniques and choosing only the best ingredients.
Evolved from a cozy 12-seat pizza shop to a cherished neighborhood staple, our dedication to excellence and genuineness has been unwavering. We continually employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select top-grade ingredients available to us.
Still under family ownership, 'CentralInfoNetwork' is now steered by the second generation of the Rossi lineage, with the same fervor our team always had. Embracing a few contemporary advances, the essence of our establishment remains: to craft delectable, authentic pizzas that unite folks.
